Honey Glazed Beef Ribs with Baked Chili Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans

Meats are interesting... All you really need is a good butcher and a good sense of marinating meat so you don't get bored of the flavors and now, that's my mission.
Today I'm giving a sweet nutritious blend of flavors with beef ribs which is basically (ريش بتلو) with sweet potatoes and green beans. Such a nutritious meal yet very flavorful and easy to be done!


**Your Ingredients should have:
-500g beef ribs
-250g sweet Potatoes
-100g green beans
*Marinade:
-5 tbsp olive oil
-1/4 cup of honey
-1/4 cup of soy sauce
-2 tbsp chili powder
-1 tbsp pepper
-1 tbsp ginger powder
-1 tbsp minced garlic



*Method:
-Mix the beef marinade ingredients and reserve some for the potatoes. Soak your beef in your marinade, coat it well and refrigerate it for 30 mins

-Meanwhile, Preheat your oven to 160 degrees. Cut your sweet potatoes into small wedges and mix it with the beans then coat them with the marinade properly and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes (flip them after 25 minutes) then get them out of the oven.

-Get the beef ribs out of the oven and heat a grilling pan on high heat and spray it with grilling or cooking spray till it's hot. Place your ribs on the pan on high heat for 2 minutes then on medium heat for 2 more minutes and flip it on the other side for 2 more minutes then you're done.
-Reserve the juices and drizzle it on your meat after plating it.
