Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) in a Blender

Simple, delicious and Gluten free cheese bread? Yes, it's the Brazilian awesomeness, PAO DE QUEJO, done in a blender and in 20-25 mins only!

Your ingredients should have:
1 egg
1.5 cups tapioca flour (I got mine from Gourmet, Egypt)
1 cup whole milk
0.5 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
A lot of cheese!
I added garlic powder and cayenne pepper as I like them


Instructions:
1- Put everything in a blender but the baking powder and tapioca and pulse for 5 mins (Meanwhile, preheat oven to 170 degrees)
2- Add tapioca gradually while blending till mixture is thick
3-Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and spoon your mixture in it
4-Bake for 15 mins
5-EAT ALL THE BATCH!

Warning: This cannot be done with regular all purpose flour!
