Baked Sticky Spicy Chicken Wings

STICKY CHICKEN WINGS... Great finger food for gatherings which requires A LOT of finger licking, in public and in front of people. Don't worry... It's also lower in calorie than regular wings because it's baked, not fried! This is the goodness in it.

Recipe Yields: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes


Your ingredients should have:
1 kg chicken wings
1/4 cups ketchup
4 tbsp honey
1/4 cups low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cups white vinegar
5 tbsp tabasco
2 tbsp ginger
4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions:
-Mix all your ingredients other than the wings in a bowl, refrigerate 1/2 cup marinade. Add wings to remaining marinade, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate, tossing wings occasionally, for at least 1-2 hours.

-Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius. Let wings stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, rotating sheet and brushing with half of reserved marinade halfway through. Increase oven temperature to 200 degrees. Bake wings, brushing with remaining marinade, until golden brown, about 20 minutes more!
